ANU celebrates International Women’s Day

The Australian National University (ANU) will celebrate International Women’s Day 2019 with a series of events showcasing the achievements of women.

Events will take place throughout the week in the lead up to International Women’s Day on Friday 8 March.

The events will range from formal lectures to informal social activities.

Highlights of the program include:

The 2019 International Women’s Day Lecture will be delivered by Dr Sam Mostyn.

Dr Mostyn has held numerous governance roles across business, sport, the arts, policy and not-for-profit sectors.

Award winning human rights activist Khadija Gbla will deliver the Pamela Denoon Lecture.
