Special Women's Media Forum

Women working and studying at ANU are invited to a special forum on Thursday 19 April, to inspire more ANU women to engage with the media.

Strategic Communications and Public Affairs (SCAPA) will host the forum, including a panel and Q&A with leading female academics and ABC Canberra radio presenter Laura Tchilinguirian.

ANU academics Dr Raihan Ismail, Associate Professor Jane Golley, Dr Jill Sheppard and Professor Kim Rubenstein will share their media experiences in a panel discussion with Laura from ABC Canberra Drive.

The forum will discuss tips and the experiences of women who regularly engage with the media.

The forum, supported by the ANU Gender Institute, will be held in the Mills Room, Chancelry Building, from 9-11.30am on Thursday 19 April.
